File Resting In DGCA

  • Hey Guys,

In fact I have a concern related to my file which is resting with DGCA. Any kind of help will be really appreciated. I have submitted all my documents to DGCA by person on 8th Aug 13. I havent received any kind of communication until last month and which states 1) Logbook entries not in sequence and too many cuttings and corrections. 2) 100NM X country not matching with logbook entries. I have sent them a cover letter explaining the corrections and cuttings and attached documents related to the 100NM X country. Now my concern is they never take the calls and there is no kind of response I could ever get from them in anyway. Can anyone suggest any plan of action as I need my license ASAP as I am lined up for an interview with a charter company in the last week of December. Any suggestions or help is most appreciated. Thank you guys.
  • Have no doubts that you will have to visit DGCA,The earlier the better..Also it might not be sorted out in one day..See if u can catch hold of VP SINGH sir if he is still in the licensing department ,then he might be able to help u out…U prepare well for ur interview. If god forbid ur license is still not issued then u can tell and show the submission letter of ur license to the Chartered company..Might buy u sometime..Go to DGCA..Be polite but be very persistent…Get in touch with ur flying club as u might need a few scanned documents from them preferably from the flying clubs email id or managers id…All the best..
